Searching for Trustee to Maryland Env Trust

The Maryland Environmental Trust (MET) is the state-wide land trust of Maryland. Established by the state legislature in 1967, MET works with private landowners, local governments, and local land trusts to conserve Maryland’s most treasured landscapes and natural resources as a legacy for future generations. MET accomplishes this work by providing direct assistance, information, and innovative tools to ensure the ongoing conservation, stewardship and public concern for the natural, historic, and scenic resources of the state. One of the oldest and most successful land trusts in the country, MET holds over 1,100 conservation easements, preserving close to 140,000 acres statewide.
